Payment & Insurance Information
Payment is due at the time of your session.
Accepted methods of payment include credit card and e-transfer.
As a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW), services may be covered under many extended health benefit plans. Coverage varies depending on your provider and individual plan, so you are encouraged to confirm eligibility for Registered Social Worker services in advance.
A detailed receipt will be provided following each session for insurance reimbursement purposes.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to the full session fee.
